The registration of undocumented Afghan refugees living in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has been expedited,reported by Radio Pakistan.

According to National Database and Registration Authority, eleven centers are functioning in different parts of the province to register the Afghan refugees.

More than one hundred thousand refugees have been issued Afghan Citizen Cards so far.

This process will be completed by 31st December this year.

About one million unregistered refugees are living in different parts of the country.
