PEC declares results of grades 5, 8 classes

Rawalpindi - The Punjab Examination Commission (PEC) announced the results of middle and primary standard examinations 2015 of the district here on Wednesday.
According to PEC results received by DCO Office, the percentage of the candidates who got 33 marks remained 36.52 per cent and the result of the students who obtained 25 marks in each paper was 56.31.
The percentage of the candidates who obtained 33 marks in each paper in middle standard examination was 43.83 per cent while 64.86 per cent students got 25 marks in each paper during the examination.
According to statistics, a total of 34, 715 students (male and female) appeared in primary standard examinations whereas 27, 749 students conducted the examinations of middle standard.
Similarly, 4, 233 students of private schools appeared in the middle standard examinations. Some 335 students sat in the examination as private candidates.
