NUML, Chinese varsity ink MoU for cooperation

Islamabad - National University of Modern Languages (NUML) has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Normal University, Xingjian to open NICE NUML International Center for Education (NICE) in China.
According to the agreements, both universities would cooperate to set new standards in higher education.
This centre would provide an opportunity to people of both the countries to better understand each other and act as a platform for people to people contact.
Rector NUML, Ma j Gen Masood Hasan HI (M) (Retd) emphasized on the need for such agreements that can bring considerable change in the education sector. He also praised the institutions on both sides. DG NUML Brig Azam Jamal emphasized on the importance of the agreement and also mentioned the impact that these agreements on the economic corridor.
Economic corridor plays a vital role in the Pak-China relations.
This centre would ensure the quality of education and would also emphasis on the development of skills that would play a crucial role in the economy of both the countries.
