LAHORE - Punjab University has awarded three PhD degrees to the scholars in which Muhammad Azmat Ullah Khan s/o Shamim Ahmed Khan in the subject of Molecular Biology after approval of his thesis entitled “Characterisation of Wax for their Role as Physical Barrier in Transmission of CLCu V in Cotton”, Samia Saif d/o Saif Ullah Qureshi in the subject of Environmental Sciences after approval of her thesis entitled “Evaluation of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) in Punjab Pakistan”, and Mariam Shahid d/o Shahid Bashir in the subject of Molecular Biology after approval of her thesis entitled “Population Based-Case-Control Asthma Association Studies of Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms in Chromosome 17 Potential Genomic Regions”.
