Students honoured

LAHORE - A ceremony was held in Headquarters Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) to honour the exceptional students of Rangers Public Schools who attained distinctive positions in exams.
Director General Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) Major General Umar Farooq Burki was the chief guest. Parents and teachers of the students were also in attendance. The chief guest distributed the prizes among the students who obtained top ten positions in board examination.
Recognising the efforts of teachers, best principal and best teacher were also awarded the prizes. Rangers Public School & collages Mandi Baha-ud-Din was declared the best Institution amongst all Rangers School. On this achievement, DG PR (Punjab) awarded trophy to the principal.
Addressing the ceremony, the DG said that the students from Rangers Public School are not only pride of their respective institutions but are also bringing laurels to country.
“Punjab Rangers has endeavored to provide quality Oxford Curriculum to remote border areas, where education is imparted to all, including civilian children in Rangers Public School. I am proud to command such great fraternity of defenders. These students are also the bright future of our country,” he added.
