KARACHI  - Dollar further dipped against rupee in cash-free market on Monday, it was traded at lowest rate of Rs 99.20.  According to the data provided by the Forex Association of Pakistan, dollar traded at lowest rate of Rs 98.75 and highest rate of Rs 98.80 in inter bank market while the minimum price of dollar was Rs 99.20 and maximum was Rs 99.40 in cash free market.
