LAHORE – Pak Swedish Teachers Association (PSTA) held its Teachers’ Award Programme at Awan-e-lqbal, where more than 500 of teachers were present. PSTA is working in 11 districts in the Punjab in the fields of education and health and is currently supporting 422 schools at the brick kilns in Punjab, where more than 25000 students are getting primary and middle level education, says a Press release. Speaker of Punjab Assembly Rana lqbal was the chief guest while Dr Rodney Asberg was the guest of honour on the occasion. Mehr Abdul Haq, General Secretary of Brick Kilns Association, Pakistan, also spoke on this occasion.
