ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Post Office has reduced its deficit of Rs 6,331.066 million in the fiscal year 2014-15 against Rs 6,588.54m previous year, official sources told APP. The department has earned revenue of Rs 9,673.512m during year 2014-15 as against Rs 9,126.597 mln earned during previous year. The department has earned Rs 832.702 mln through sale of ordinary stamps, Rs 307,248 mln by sale of service stamps, Rs 1,325.538m 0through postage realized in cash. They further informed that Rs 668.209m earned through commission on money transfer, Rs 130.026 mln by post office other receipts, Rs 6451.774 mln during this time span.–APP
