LAHORE : Loadshedding hit hard millions of consumers on another day on Friday as the shortfall further increased and generation became slightly down. The power generation was standing at 11500MW against the countrywide demand of around 18000MW. The out of fuel power plants are main reason behind the massive outages. The Lesco conducted 14 to 16 hours shutdown at City feeders and around 18 hours in its rural limits. Power outages have crippled the life of masses and created severe water shortage in different cities.
