National Savings collects Rs 90b in 3rd quarter

ISLAMABAD - The Central Directorate of National Savings (CDNS) has collected Rs 90 billion during the third quarter of current fiscal year against Rs 36 billion during the same period of previous year.  The CDNS collected Rs 21b in April 2014 against Rs 11b in April 2013, said CDNS DG  Saeed Ahmad Rana while talking  to APP. He said the govt had taken about 27pc of its non-inflationary loans automated teller machines. “We have decided to computerize 80 branches out of 140 across the country to facilitate the customers,” he added. Replying to another question, he said a customer complaint center  was established to facilitate the customers and provide them services in short time.
