KARACHI : Six ships arrived at Port to load/offload containers at QICT, palm oil at LCT & MW-1, diesel oil at FOCTO,chemical at EVTL on 10 August 2013. Berth occupancy was maintained at 64% at the Port on Saturday where a total of nine ships namely M.V KPS-I Alican BEY-Powership, M.T Gulf Oasis, M.V Dong Hai Jun (Dredger), M.V MSC Didem, M.V Hansa Africa, M.T Chemrout SUN, M.T Kaimon Glory, M.T AL Salam-II, M.T Atlantic Glory are currently occupying berths to load/offload,containers, palm oil, diesel oil, chemical.

Cargo handling operations were carried out smoothly at the Port where a cargo volume 110463 tonnes comprising 79463 tonnes import,
31000 tonnes export and (1853) Tues was handled at the Port during last 24 hours.
M.V MSC Didem sailed on Sunday morning. M.V Maersk Hurt Fort at
QICT, M.T Bright Oil Legant at FOTCO arrival on 11th August, 2013 as per arrival schedule.
