Our Staff Reporter KARACHI - Karachi Electric Supply Company (KESC) has made a major value addition to its alternative arrangements for payment of monthly electricity bills through which customers can now regularly receive their bill electronically via email and cell phone. The alternate arrangements have been made to facilitate customers in case they do not receive physical bills around the usual due date, given interruptions caused in the regular process by the union miscreants. Customer can regularly receive KESC bill electronically via email address and cell phone. They can visit official website, www.kesc.com.pk or access the link http://221.120.201.193, and provide a valid email address or an active cell phone number on the link to receive KESC bills directly. Other features of the alternative arrangements include the facility where customer may enter the 13-digit account number or the consumer number at KESC official website to retrieve a duplicate copy of the current electricity bill which can be printed and can be presented at all banks for making payment.
