The professors and participants talked about how many of the issues faced between these two are similar. Dr Munir highlighted issues related to implementing good strategy in the Pakistani context. He pointed out the importance of the cultural context in implementing any growth strategy. Dr. Ansari emphasised the idea of Blue Ocean Strategy where innovative thinking can create completely new business lines and markets. KSBL Dean Robert Wheeler stressed the importance of this event for Pakistan; This was Cambridge faculty teaching Cambridge courses with a South Asian focus right here in Karachi.
