ISLAMABAD – Vice Chancellors’ forum on “Higher Education in the Islamic World” was held on June 11-12, 2012 in Islamabad. Virtual University of Pakistan participated in this forum and signed Memorandum of Understandings with Nile Vally University, Sudan and El Neelain University, Sudan, says a press release.
These agreements envisage the development of joint academic and research programs including increase of opportunities for the expansion of faculty, students and researchers in technology, under-post graduate and faculty research programs. Rector Virtual University Dr.Sadaqat Mehdi emphasized that such MoUs will continue to explore opportunities for the institutions for sharing of knowledge and staff training which will lead to growth of these organizations.
