LAHORE- Minister for Agriculture, Livestock, and Cooperatives Punjab Malik Ahmad Ali Aulakh has said that a committee comprising of renowned experts of cooperative system has been constituted to trash out loopholes in the existing cooperative structure and making recommendations to revamp Cooperative System in Punjab. He stated this while chairing a meeting of the Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd here on Friday. Joint Registrar Housing Cooperative Societies Punjab, Managing Director PPCBL and heads of Division of the bank also attended the meeting. While reviewing the progress, the Minister directed field functionaries of the Cooperative Department and bank to exert their sincere and result-oriented efforts for the recovery of Non Performing Loans. He also warned that strict disciplinary action would be initiated against employees who failed to deliver the desired results.
