LAHORE (PR) - On the friendly invitation of The City School, Allama Iqbal Town Branch, a delegation from Hi Friends organisation of South Korea visited the school on Tuesday 15th January 2013. The Korean delegation comprised of 10 teachers and 40 students. The programme was a remarkable and marvelous opportunity for the children of the two nations to learn about cultures of each other and to create strong bonding between the two countries. The performance by the Pakistani and Korean students received a great round of applause by the audience. The management of The City School under the dynamic leadership of Mrs. Adeeba Sohaib (Headmistress) organised the whole programme in which school students participated with great enthusiasm and zest. Aqib Salam General Manager , Ms. Irum Yousaf Assistant Regional Director and Ms. Maliha Ather RAC EYE from the regional office also graced the occasion.
The team leader of Korean Hi–Friends Organisation was really impressed the way Pakistani student’s gratitude them. They also presented their presentations through their performances.
Later on, the students of both the countries joined hands in several group activities, such as balloon art, face painting, nail art etc and our students presented them gifts which were prepared by them.
