Governor State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) Dr.
Shamshad Akhtar Saturday assured Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) authorities that the banking sector will play its roll towards solving the liquidity crisis in the share market.
She was briefing the KSE officials about the recent SBP measures taken to ease the monetary policy in a bid to overcome shortage of liquidity in the banking system.
The meeting also discussed the prevailing liquidity crisis at KSE and its possible impact after the floor is removed on October 27.
