Pakistan People's Party leader Makhdoom Ameen Faheem Thursday urged the people not to pay electricity bills if they feel these do not reflect the frequent load-shedding undertaken by the utility on daily basis.Talking to media outside Parliament house, he pointed out that the importance of this basic utility cannot be over-exaggerated for the development of the country.People are forced to come out and sleep in the outdoor because of prolonged power outages.Despite the load-shedding the people are made to pay full electricity bills which, he said, is an explicit malpractice on part of the utility company. This should not be allowed to happen, he stressed.
