ISLAMABAD (Online): Electricity shortfall has reached 4,300 megawatts (MW) across the country, whereas electricity generation is about 9900 MW and requirement is 14200 megawatt According to media reports, electricity load shedding has increased to 18 hours in rural areas across the country with electricity consumption climbing up to around 14200MW due to increasing temperatures.
