LAHORE – The Anjuman-e-Tajiran has defeated Al Fatah Group in polls of several more city markets.
According to a press release, in traders’ elections of Alamgir Road, Islampura, the APAT (Manan group) penal received 98 votes while the rival group received 34 votes, resulting into the defeat of Al Fatah group. Hence Naeem Ch was elected as the president of the market and Mian Sajjad as general secretary.
Likewise, in traders’ elections of Kacha Sanda Road, the APAT (Manan group) penal defeated Hajweri Group by by 23 votes and elected Malik Rauf as chairman, Shahid Afzal as president and Tariq Mehmood as general secretary.
