LAHORE - Railways employees and the management have agreed to steer the department out of the present crisis. A team of Railway Mahnatkush Union (Workshops) led by its Chairman Zahid Azad and comprising General Secretary M Siddique Beg and Chairman Carriage Shops Maqsood Bullar, members executive body Sheikh Muhammad Saleem and others called on GM Operation Railway Muhammad Ashfaq Khattak and discussed the matters of contracts reached with China for the purchase of locomotives and current crisis of the department. Both the sides agreed to work together to drive Pakistan Railways out of the crisis and help it stand on its feet again.
