LAHORE – The Government of Pakistan has conferred the civil award Sitara-i-Imtiaz on Shahzad Ali Malik, Director of Guard Group, in recognition of his outstanding contributions of last 28 years in the field of R&D in agriculture sector. His extra ordinary services and introduction of Hybrid Rice Technology in Pakistan with three times higher yield and high yield of rice per hectare, says a press release.
