HBL joins hands with OPF
KARACHI (PR): HBL recently joined hands with OPF with its HBL Fast Transfer product offering. The prime objective of this initiative is to facilitate OPF in their endeavours to advance welfare to overseas Pakistanis. Both entities recently signed a Memorandum an MoU recently to launch a free Shuttle Service exclusively for Overseas Pakistanis in Karachi.
The Service will run as a pilot project in Karachi, and will initially transport OPs from Jinnah International Terminal, Karachi Airport to Karachi Cantt.

Mobilink launches BVS
LAHORE (PR): Mobilink launches the largest biometric verification system across Pakistan. As per directives of Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) no SIM can be sold or activated without biometric verification of the customer. According to the BVS policy, customers now have to verify their identity via thumb impression. In order to provide maximum coverage, Mobilink has deployed 9,405 BVS devices all across Pakistan.

Robotics course held
LAHORE (PR): Lego Robotics and Scratch Programming held by Maktab, a private school located on Raiwind road. Two-week summer course appreciated by participants and parents. “Our summer has been a whirlwind of exciting activity, happy kids and proud satisfied parents, says the Head of school Haleema Sadia. The children had fun activity as they worked independently and in pairs to build different robots as well as using the visual computer to instruct the robots, she explained.
