KARACHI – National Bank of Pakistan organized training for over 25 General Managers (Credit) of the Bank from all over the country at a local hotel. The objective of this program was to further develop their analytical and professional skills for effectively processing of credit proposals, augmenting credit monitoring skills and through analytical approach recognize early signals for non-performing loans. They also attended lectures for enhancing their management and leadership skills. The focus of the training was also to expand credit to farmers and other small & medium enterprises to generate more employment in these industries by helping them to be financially viable. The lectures were delivered by professionals having required expertise which was greatly appreciated by all participants, says a press release.
