MIRPUR (AJK) - Water level in the countrys second largest reservoir Mangla Dam is constantly rising following melting of snow at the top mountainous catchments, official sources said. Official sources told that water level in the Mangla Dam on Saturday was 1057.05 feet and it was rising. The water level had raised by over 17 feet above to the stipulated dead level, the sources said The inflow of water in Mangla dam was 35,200 cusecs against 28,000 cusecs discharge of water from the dam, the sources said.
