No more rail engines from China

ISLAMABAD - Pakistan has stopped buying of more Railway engines from China as current engines do not meet the standards, more engines will be imported after examining the performance of engines for 2 years. According to details, Pakistan has imported 23 engines from China and stopped the sale of 43 engines which will be imported after 2 years. Sources told that according to Railway Ministry, they imported 23 engines from which 2 engines failed on the first day. The cause behind the failure is said to be its software as when software develops a malfunction so does the engines.Sources told that China has also sent engineers along with engines who will tune the new engines.
