ISLAMABAD : Federal Minister for Finance, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar here on Saturday chaired a meeting with a delegation from the State Bank of Pakistan. The Minister was briefed about the quarterly performance of banking sector on the occasion. Matters relating to capital adequacy of the system, deposit growth and profitability were also discussed and steady growth of the banking sector was appreciated. Secretary Finance, Dr. Waqar Masood and Advisor Finance Division, Rana Asad Amin also attended the meeting.
