A Man is a product of his thoughts, what he thinks he becomes.

Thoughts may be positive or may be negative. They may be realistic or may be in between of positive and negative. Further approach, positive thoughts may be for self-positive or may be positive for public. In the same way negative thoughts may also be as self-negative or publically negative. A normal person have a mixed ratio of this. But when this ratio disturbs, life of a person totally disturbed.

Our thoughts are the product of our beliefs, attitude, behavior, thinking pattern and feelings.

Majority of us have no idea that our thoughts are positive or negative and the loss of opportunities, failure of any project, loss of a job or work and any other activities may be the results of our negative thoughts but most of us are unaware of it.

Life is 10% what happens to you, and 90% how you react to it. And your reaction always comes from the thoughts.According to psychologist positive thinkers use their right brain side whereas negative thinkers use their left brain side.

 Positive thinker always sees the opportunity in life. Hence, they are winners and always have a program. They see the answer in every problem. Positive thinkers earn 40-50% more pay as comparative to negative thinkers. Many more benefits of positive thinking.

Whereas negative thinker sees the problems in every opportunity. They loss many things in their life like jobs, projects, deals and they always have an excuse. Like many diseases (like hypertension, blood cholesterol, headache, restlessness, hear diseases, mental distortion and depression) ratio is more in negative thinkers. 80% Divorce ratio in negative thinkers.

A negative thinker, not only depressed him/her self but also depressed the people around them. They not only damage their own life style but also the others.

Not only the positive or negative thinking, but many thinking errors arises from this. Like

1-All or nothing thinking errors as many of us have categories of coworkers in our mind—- The good one and the bad one. Or maybe we look at each project as either a success or a failure.

2-Filtering out the positive: if nine good things happen, and one bad thing, sometimes we filter out the good and take only the bad one. Maybe we declare we had a bad day, despite the positive events that occurred.

And many other thinking errors.

The question is how to fix your thinking errors?

Once you recognize your thinking errors, you can begin trying to challenge those thoughts. And when you realize that your thoughts are not 100% true, then you can begin replacing them with more realistic thoughts.

The goal doesn’t need to be replace negative thoughts with overly idealistic or positive ones. Instead, replace them with realistic thoughts. Changing the way you think takes a lot of effort initially. But with practice, you’ll notice big changes-not just in the way you think, but also in the way you feel and behave. You can make peace with the past, look at the present differently, and think about future in a way that will support your chances of reaching goals.

Mind Exercises:

Do minimum three random act of kindness on daily bases, like buy the food for someone, spend times with elderly people, smile at the kids, holding the door for someone etc.it can help you to develop positive thought.

If you are passing with your bad time or a situation which makes your mood off. Turn off your negative thoughts by a dialogue to your-self. Talk to yourself, like you are talking to your best friend. Describe the problem to yourself and then advise your-self as a positive thinker. It really works.

There are many other mind exercises which can help you to change your thoughts, that is a need for our happy life.
