KATY Perry was recognised for her charity work at the Celebration of Dreams Gala in her hometown Santa Barbara, California the other day. The 28-year-old singer was among the honourees at the gala, which was hosted by the Dream Foundation at the Bacara Resort and Spa, Contactmusic reported. The ‘I Kissed a Girl’ hitmaker received an award for her work raising awareness of the charity, which helps grant wishes for families facing life-threatening illness.
