Ke$ha has hailed Britney Spears as the queen of pop. The 'Blow singer, who co-wrote Spearss recent single 'Till The World Ends, said that she felt honoured to pen a track for the 29-year-old, as she considers her an icon and the queen of pop music. When asked whether she managed to meet Spears while she was recording the track, Ke$ha explained: I didnt get to see her record the track, but I have met her and shes super sweet. Shes the queen of pop music, so it was quite a compliment that she wanted to record it. For her to then put it out as a single is amazing. That song was written specifically for Britney - I put my brain in Britney Spears land and wrote that whole song for her. Responding to whether she will be asking Spears to return the favour and appear on her own new record, Ke$ha stated: Totally, I would love that. Shes an icon The 24-year-old singer-songwriter also admitted that she may look into experimenting with blues music on her new album, which she revealed would chronicle her crazy experiences touring across the world.
