Alexa Chung had to deal with seeing two of her exes at a recent music event. The TV star dated Arctic Monkeys frontman Alex Turner for four years between 2007 and 2011 and has insisted that they are best friends even though they aren’t together.
That is probably a good thing, as at a recent music event in the UK Alexa had to watch as he packed on a passionate display with his new girlfriend model Taylor Bagley. “I was mortified for Alexa,” an onlooker told British magazine Heat. “There’s no way she would have missed them snogging – they were directly in front of her. Alex was touching Taylor’s hands and they were really going to be hapywith it. Alexa tried to act all nonchalant, but it must have got on her nerves. Everyone was staring at them.”
And things went from bad to worse for the star, as another of her reported former flings was in attendance too. It’s thought she briefly romanced Chris Martin when he split from Gwyneth Paltrow last year, and the Coldplay rocker was also at the show.
It’s not all bad news for Alexa though, as she has also moved on to a new romance. She’s dating former True Blood star Alexander Skarsgård, with the pair spotted holding hands while out together earlier this month and also at the recent Glastonbury music festival. In the past, Alexa has hinted that she isn’t the easiest person to be in a relationship with. “I don’t like being told what to do. And I don’t want to be penned in. I don’t want to feel I have to be anywhere... I am quite restless. It makes me a nightmare to date, I think,” she said.
