MADONNA'S adoption of little David is final, but now she has to deal with his biological father, who wants visitation rights with him. After twenty months in court, the adoption was finalized last month, granting adoption of David to Madonna. But Yohane Banda claims government officials had promised him visitation every three to four years as part of the agreement. And he is planning on doing something about the situation. He said, "I love the boy and it was in his best interests to put him in the orphanage. Because I support the adoption I would not want to put up a challenge that would reverse it, but I might challenge some aspects of the order. I am discussing with my family about following up on having access to the child. We will not leave things the way they are - we will do something about it." Something tells us Madonna will win this battle. But if she has a heart, she'll pay for David's father to see him from time to time.  - HOLLYSCOOP
