Paris Hilton vowed to not date for a while when she broke up with beau of about a year Cy Waits, but it appears her single stint is over. The reality star was seen out with The Hangover director Todd Phillips multiple times in the last week, and they were even spotted together. Paris just moved into her Malibu beach house for the summer on Friday, and celebrated with a party. Phillips was there and TMZ reports a source said they only had eyes for each other. Earlier in the week, the alleged new couple spent some time at Chateau Marmont and Beachers Madhouse, which is where the cameras caught them.
