Timberlake picks up nods in five categories, including ‘Best Male’, ‘Best Live’ and ‘Best Video’ for ‘Mirrors’, while the rap duo are also nominated in five categories including ‘Best New’, ‘Best Hip-Hop’ and ‘Best Song’ for ‘Thrift Shop’.
Other notable nominees include Miley Cyrus for ‘Best Pop’, ‘Best Female’ and ‘Best Video’ for ‘Wrecking Ball’ and Bastille for ‘Best New’ and ‘Best Push’, while Calvin Harris, Ellie Goulding, Olly Murs, One Direction and Rudimental will battle it out for ‘Best UK and Ireland Act’.
The MTV EMAs will be broadcast live from Amsterdam’s Ziggo Dome on Sunday, November 10 at 9pm.
