New York  - Rita Ora has landed her biggest gig yet - performing at the Oscars. The pop star and Voice coach will perform Grateful, which she sang on the soundtrack of last year’s film Beyond the Lights.
The song is one of five compositions up for this year’s best original song award. How We Do singer Rita, who stars in the Fifty Shades Of Grey movie which is out next month, announced the news on Twitter. Producers Craig Zadan and Neil Meron said of booking Rita for the February 22 ceremony: ‘The mixture of her incredible voice and glamour makes a perfect combination for our show.’
As well as raunchy movie Fifty Shades, Rita will also be seen alongside Jake Gyllenhaal in the boxing drama Southpaw. Other performers singing Oscar-nominated tracks at this year’s Academy Awards include John Legend and rapper Common performing Glory from the movie Selma, and Adam Levine singing Lost Stars from Begin Again. After months of splitting her time between Los Angeles and London, it seems as if Rita has exhausted herself. The starlet - who is currently dating Tommy Hilfiger’s son Ricky Hil – looked tired and bleary eyed when she headed out for a hike at Runyon Canyon Park, on Wednesday evening.
Sporting a tight vest top and black Adidas leggings, the British star proudly showed off her toned figure in all its glory.  Matching her look with a pair of neon green sneakers and a dark baseball cap, Rita later slipped on a hair of slick shades to conceal her eyes. She kept her face make-up free, while wearing her trademark peroxide blonde locks in a care-free style. The pop star was also accompanied by TOWIE star Vas J Morgan, who rocked a grey climate-proof jacket and matching knee-length shorts.
 Prior to the trek, the stars were seen leaving the Adidas headquarters in LA with bags full of merchandise. It’s hardly surprising since Rita is the first female musical artist to collaborate with Adidas. Speaking about the sports brand in May 2014, she said: ‘I grew up working at a sneaker store when I was 16 and am a huge sneakerhead. It’s so cool that I’m able to do this with a brand that I sold when I was younger.’
