LOS ANGELES-The release of Maze Runner: The Death Cure has been pushed back by studio Fox by nearly a year to January 2018, according to the Hollywood Reporter. The change of date comes as star Dylan O’Brien continues to recover from injuries he suffered on the film’s set in March after a stunt went wrong. The film was originally scheduled for release on February 17th 2017. The Death Cure, directed by Wes Bell, is the third and final film in the popular young adult franchise and sees O’Brien’s character searching for a cure for a deadly disease called the “Flare.
