A suicide bomber on a bicycle blew himself up killing at least 28 people and wounding 58 more at a police academy in the Iraqi capital on Sunday, defence and interior ministry officials said. "The majority of the dead were police or recruits," the interior ministry official said. The academy in Baghdad has come under repeated attack. Fifteen people died and more than 45 were wounded in two blasts on December 1 as Al-Qaeda and other insurgents have continued to target security forces around the country.
