Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh told Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari on Tuesday the territory of Pakistan must not be used for terrorism. "I am happy to meet you, but my mandate is to tell you that the territory of Pakistan must not be used for terrorism," Singh said at their first meeting since the attacks in Mumbai last November.
