Kidnappers on Friday freed 118 of around 150 Afghan labourers abducted in western Afghanistan almost a week ago, a provincial governor told a foreign news agency. "Today, after long talks by the elders, influentials and tribal leaders with Taliban, 118 labourers from the total of those abducted were freed," said Farah province governor Roh-ul Amin.
