Zimbabwe election shameful: opposition leader

Zimbabwe's opposition leader Morgan Tsvangirai branded Friday's one-man election as a "shameful humiliation" and said a result giving victory to President Robert Mugabe would be meaningless. "Today is not an election. Today is a shameful humiliation, another tragic day in our nation's history," Tsvangirai, who won the first round of the election in March but is boycotting the second round, wrote in a letter to party supporters. "Today's results will be meaningless because they do not reflect the will of the people of Zimbabwe. Today's results reflect only the fear of the people of Zimbabwe."
