Israeli troops kill wanted Palestinian

Israeli border guards on Thursday killed a Palestinian man who had been wanted for attacks inside the Jewish state, both army and public radio reported. The man was killed in a shootout with troops near the village of Dura southeast of Hebron, they said. The man, whose identity was not immediately revealed, has been wanted since 1995 for two bus attacks, one that killed four people in Jerusalem and other that killed six in Ramat Gan near Tel Aviv.
