At least four people were killed and 19 injured after an explosion in a tax office in a city in China's Hunan province, local media reported on Saturday. The explosion in the tax office located on the third floor of a building in Chanjiahe occurred on Friday evening while workers were just finishing up their working day. Police have launched an investigation into the explosion.
