ISLAMABAD - Four rain spells expected in the month of February, according to the weather experts, would break the prevailing dry spell in the country along with cold wave gripping most parts. The country has not witnessed any significant rain during the current season and now good rains with snowfall over the hills are expected during this month.  A new weather system would develop over Iran during the next 24 hours which would break the prevailing dry spell in the country. This weather system is likely to approach Pakistan during this weekend and produce good rain in various parts of the country along with snow over the hills.
