ISLAMABAD : Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah presented a cheque of Rs 50 million to Army Chief General Raheel Sharif on behalf of the government of Sindh for the IDPs of North Waziristan Agency. Shah called on General Sharif at General Headquarters on Monday, says a statement released by ISPR. Shah expressed his solidarity with the displaced people of North Waziristan Agency and reiterated that the government of Sindh would render all possible assistance for the well being of IDPs. The chief minister reaffirmed full support of the people of Sindh for the armed forces and ongoing operation Zarb-e-Azb.This news was published in The Nation newspaper.
