Federal Interior Minister A. Rehman Malik termed the observance of Yum-e-Shuda (Martyrs-Day) as message for the terrorists that the nation and the security forces have united to eliminate the militancy from the country. In his message Rehman Malik said that the ceremony was marked to pay homage to the sacrifices of the Pak-Forces to eliminate the menace of terrorism from the country and to convey the message from the nation that whole nation has been united to support its forces against the militants. He also pointed out that after witnessing the zeal and zest of the martyrs kin in "Yum-e-Shuda' ceremony the nation got new enthusiasm adding that Interior Ministry will establish Shudha-Fund for the welfare of the martyrs families. Minister also emphasized that the sacrifices of the Pak-Forcers Jawans would be remembered forever that they rendered for the security of the country on which the whole nation is proud of them. He also pointed that the Shudha-Ceremony was marked to give a clear message to the terrorists that the whole nation has been united with its security forces to eliminate the militancy from the country and warned the terrorists to surrender or to become ready to face the wrath of the nation.
