ZAB case reopening will strengthen judicial system: Babar Awan

Federal Law Minister Babar Awan on Saturday said that the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has not accepted the judicial decision against Zulfikar Bhutto to this day, report said. Speaking to media representatives in Islamabad, Awan said that the government wanted the case reopened in order to strengthen the countrys judicial system. Earlier on Friday, President Asif Zardari signed the reference which seeks to reopen the case of PPP founder who was hanged on April 4, 1979, in Rawalpindi. The execution has been widely termed a 'judicial murder.
