3-member judicial commission constituted to hear the petitions about missing persons

A 3-member Judicial Commission (JC) headed by Justice (Retd) Kamal Mansoor Alam has been constitution to hear the petitions which will be filed by the family members of missing persons. The commission has been set up by the government and Justice (Retd) Kamal Mansoor Alam who will preside over the commission is a retired judge of Supreme Court (SC). Justice (Retd) Fazlur Rehman a retired judge of Balochistan High Court and justice (Retd) Ms Nasira Iqbal are the remaining two members of this commission. Commission will take up the petitions in connection with missing persons for hearing from May, 10. Commission will start its meeting from May, 10 and it will continue till May, 14. The commission will contact the family members of missing persons during its meeting. Human rights organizations as well as human rights commission will be contacted by the commission too and the petitions to be filed by them would be heard.
