Islamabad- Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Rehman Malik today showed his hope that the nation would listen a good news very soon.

Talking to journalists outside Parliament House, former interior minister expressed his optimistic opinion that both side would resolve the crisis through result oriented negotiations.

He praised efforts of Jamaat e Islami (JI) Chief Sirajul Haq for reconciliation, and added that the role of opposition leaders should be appreciated.

PPP Senator said that Asif Zardari had asked him to play positive role to resolve the issue.

Malik requested MQM chief Altaf Hussain not to step down and lead his party for greater interest of the nation.
