ISLAMABAD (APP) - Imamia Student Organization Pakistan organized "Azmat Shudah Conference" and a rally to commemorate 20th anniversary of Allama Syed Arif Hussain Al-Hussaini here on Sunday. A large number of religious scholars participated in the conference and stressed the need to accommodate viewpoints of various sects. Speaker of the seminar paid tribute to services rendered by late Allama Arif Hussain Al-Hussaini for the promotion of peace and tranquility, and creating brotherhood between various sects. They said on the occasion that Islam is the religion of peace and rejects violence, sectarianism and extremism. Spokesmen of Majlis Wahdat Muslemeen, Abid Hussain said that the focus point of the conference is to discuss ways and means how to check religious sectarianism in various parts of the country especially D.I Khan, Parachar and other areas of FATA.
