Rawalpindi - Taking up Benazir Bhutto (BB) murder case here at Adyala Jail on Tuesday, an anti-terrorism court (ATC) summoned four prosecution witnesses.
The defence lawyer cross-examined Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Director Nauman Ashraf Bodla. The court adjourned hearing till today (Wednesday) in the case.
Besides former City Police Officer (CPO) Syed Saud Aziz and former Superintendent of Police (SP) Rawal Division Khurram Shehzad, who were accused in BB murder case and are on bail, the five accused Aitzaz Shah, Rafaqat, Hassnain Gull, Abdul Rashid and Sher Zaman also attended the hearing.
